It's commonplace for home team fans to try to distract opposing free throws shooters with whatever means they can think of. Two women went to the next level at the Houston Rockets-New Orleans Pelicans game with this "curtain of distraction."
That certainly would have made me miss some free throws, but Ryan Anderson gets paid the big bucks to ignore such frivolities at the free throw line. He's a much stronger person than you or me. There was also this Cat in the Hat technique we haven't seen in a long time.
They're certainly creative. I'll give them that.
