Two of the biggest free agents in wrestling have reportedly announced where they'll sign

Out of nowhere!

Matt Hardy and Jeff Hardy are two of professional wrestling's biggest free agents after leaving Impact! Wrestling earlier in the week, and they've reportedly landed with Ring of Honor, per PWInsider.

As the report notes, this could just be playing into the storyline with the Hardys facing off against the Young Bucks, which is slated for an April 1 showdown.

This comes after reports that the Hardys were "likely" headed back to WWE:

According to Ryan Satin of Pro Wrestling Sheet, not only were Matt and Jeff Hardy likely to return to WWE after the expiration of their Impact! Wrestling contracts, but the two superstars were in negotiations for their return to WWE.

Per Satin, a deal had not been offered, but things were "looking good" for their return to the world's largest pro wrestling promotion. The Hardys are looking for a new home after both of their contracts expired with Impact! on March 1.

The Hardys originally made their names in WWE, where both emerged as stars during a run as one of the most exciting tag teams in the world. Both later became singles stars with the company, and they have been the cornerstones of Impact! Wrestling — WWE's biggest U.S. rival — for the past several years.

With WWE in the past, Jeff is a former three-time WWE World Heavyweight Champion, four-time Intercontinental Champion, and seven-time WWE tag team champion. Matt is a former one-time WWE ECW Champion and a former eight-time WWE tag team champion.
