"She's like the emperor in no clothes," Pena added ... "She's broken a little bit."

Pena (8-2) is on a four-fight win streak and hasn't lost since she entered the UFC. Rousey's (12-1) lone loss came in November at the hands of Holly Holm.

The current champ, Amanda Nunes (13-4), is also on a four-fight win streak. She's publicly called out Rousey for a November fight in Madison Square Garden, but would accept a brawl against Pena as well.
