Video has surfaced of Bruce Miller immediately following an incident with an elderly man and his son that got the former San Francisco 49er released from the team.
Miller was waived after his arrest for allegedly assaulting a 70-year-old man and his 29-year-old son at the Marriot Hotel on Fisherman's Wharf Sunday night. According to a police report, Miller physically attacked the son, then turned on the 70-year-old father when he tried to intervene.

Surveillance video captured a bloody Miller at a hotel across the street from the Marriot vomiting on the sidewalk moments before police arrive. He was arrested and charged with aggravated assault, elder abuse, threats, and battery.
The incident marks Miller's second arrest for a violent crime in a little over a year. He was arrested in March of 2015 for a domestic violence involving his fiancee. The 6-2, 250 pound Miller was selected by the 49ers in the 7th round of the 2011 draft. He had reportedly just switched positions from fullback to tight end to better fit into new head coach Chip Kelly's offensive scheme.
