Saturday was not a lot of fun for the Michigan State Spartans. The team from East Lansing entered a home game against Wisconsin as a solid favorite, but by the end of the afternoon, the Badgers escaped with a blowout victory and Michigan State's dreams of a perfect season went up in flames.
To that end, head coach Mark Dantonio... vanished?
As you can see above, the final few seconds of the game were captured on video and as the clock moved toward zero, Dantonio was caught on camera seemingly just disappearing from view. To this point, there isn't really an explanation for this, other than the simple fact that he might be a wizard.
Dantonio is famous for getting the absolute most out of Michigan State's solid but unspectacular talent when it comes to the roster. On Saturday, his magic did not work to the same degree that college football fans are used to seeing, but at the end of the day, Dantonio still pulled off a Houdini routine that would be impressive for just about anyone.
In case you were concerned, Mark Dantonio did, in fact, show up for his post-game press conference, so he remains alive and well, but this is some of the weirdest video you will ever see.
