2015's No. 1 WR recruit Tyron Johnson announces transfer from LSU

A big-time wide receiver just got on the market.

A very talented wide receiver has just become available on the market. Just one week into fall camp, the nation's No. 1 overall wide receiver from the 2015 recruiting class announced on Thursday that he would be transferring from LSU via his Twitter account.

Johnson, who enrolled at LSU as a sophomore this fall, will be eligible to play immediately at the JUCO level. Per NCAA rules, he'll have to sit an entire season if he decides to sit out a season if he decides to transfer to a D-1. Johnson had just nine receptions for 150 yards and two touchdowns as a true freshman this season. Given his talent level, he'll likely get recruited by some big time schools now that he's decided to transfer.

Johnson committed to LSU in January of 2015.
