Raw GM Kurt Angle then made the blockbuster announcement to include former champions at all different levels Roman Reigns, Seth Rollins, Samoa Joe, Finn Balor and Bray Wyatt in a dangerous Fatal 5-Way match to become the No. 1 contender.
