WWE reportedly eyeing WrestleMania 34 for Hall of Famer's in-ring return

Could it happen?

2017 has already been a big year for Kurt Angle as he was inducted into the 2017 WWE Hall Of Fame and became a permanent fixture on television as the general manager of Monday Night Raw, a position he still holds as of this writing.

2018 may be an even bigger year for the Olympic gold medalist, as a new report suggests Angle may not wrestle for the company until WrestleMania 34.

Via Cageside Seats:

"If Kurt Angle is to wrestle in WWE, it's likely it won't be until WrestleMania 34."

The report doesn't suggest that this is the target date for Angle's return to the ring, but it would make a lot of sense — especially with The Undertaker likely no longer competing at the event.

WWE doctors clearing Angle to wrestle for the company is another hurdle, and it's one that figures to become more talked about as WrestleMania season inches closer and closer throughout the rest of this year.

Still, if Angle can still go, which is a huge question mark at his age and current physical condition, it'd be really cool to see the former WWE champion compete in the squared circle at least one more time.
