NXT's house show in the area Shinsuke Nakamura rose to fame, Osaka, Japan, resulted in a stunning title change of the NXT championship Friday night.
After dropping the belt in Canada the night before Survivor Series, Nakamura regained the championship against Samoa Joe.
Nakamura is just the second two-time NXT champ in the organization's history.
This is the second time in less than a year that NXT has gone with a non-televised title change, after Joe beat Finn Bálor for the belt back in April.
