There's no doubt that if she walked by me, I'd throw caution to the wind with all obstacles in my path just to make sure I could witness all the greatness that is this girl.
Granted, there's not a lot to look at if she's going but if she's (pun intended?) coming? Oh man.
Do girls like this roll out of bed and think, "I should do a walk-by, bra less. That'll get some attention"? It's a solid premise, unless you're the guys in the background tossin' around the old frisbee.
