Florida State botches the easiest fumble recovery of all time

Just awful.

Congratulations, Florida State, you made one of the worst fumble recovery attempts in the history of football.

During Saturday's game at Clemson, the Seminoles failed to recover a fumble despite having three players closest to the football after the initial drop by Tigers quarterback Kelly Bryant.

See this amazingly bad play for yourself below:

I mean...how is that even possible? There were three Seminoles hovering over the football and yet none managed to gain possession. Kids in Pop Warner would know not to do what FSU did in this scenario.

This is an example of bad football at it's finest. But then again, that's been the story of the Seminoles' season as they've struggled through one bad break after another.

Clemson currently leads FSU, 17-0, late in the third quarter.
