These schools are reportedly now in the running for UK transfer Lee

The race for Marcus Lee could become very heated.

Kentucky forward Marcus Lee initially entered the NBA Draft, but withdrew his name on the day of the deadline (Wednesday). He will be going back to school, but decided that Kentucky wasn't where he would finish his collegiate career.

Lee will be the second transfer from Kentucky to hit the market as former four-star guard Charles Matthews also decided that being a Wildcat wasn't going to work out for him as he would almost never see the floor.

It seems that there are already some schools who are reaching out to Lee in hopes of securing his services and a couple of these guys are real heavy hitters.

Wherever Lee ends up he will have to sit out a year as he was a semester from graduating and so is not eligible immediately as a graduate transfer. However, his length and athleticism could help any one of those programs in the 2017-18 season when he does become eligible.
