Joshua Moore is the No. 5 wide receiver in the country for the class of 2018 according to ESPN. He's ranked as the No. 63 overall recruit in the junior class and has a ridiculous 50 offers. So when he says he's narrowed down his list, that's speaking in very relative terms.
The 6'1", 168-pound receiver could still rocket up the ranking boards, but it's unlikely he could get any more offers than he already has. Those 14 schools he has on his list though are pretty top notch and definitely some powerhouses.
