College Football Playoff rankings Week 12: Pac-12 still alive?

ESPN released the newest version of the College Football Playoff rankings on Tuesday and one of the big takeways is that the Pac-12 might not be dead after all.

Then No. 7 Stanford and No. 10 Utah lost in Week 11, making it look like the Pac-12 would get shut out of the Playoff altogether. However, the committee is still high on both teams, with Stanford sitting at No. 11, and Utah sitting at No. 13. While it is still unlikely that either get it, their hopes look a lot more positive than they did on Saturday night.

The Top 5 from last week held their positions after all of those teams won. Oklahoma made a big jump, now sitting at No. 7 after they beat then No. 6 Baylor on Saturday. Baylor did not fall far, coming in at No. 10 in the newest rankings.
