It's Halloween time and that means plenty of fans are dressing up while attending sporting events over the next couple of days.
But this guy took things way too far, wearing a costume with what appears to be the mask of President Barack Obama, with a noose hanging around his neck:
This is never appropriate, and it's incredibly disturbing,
The fan was reportedly asked to remove the noose, and complied:
This follows a report from just days ago where a black student in Mississippi was attacked in an alleged noose incident.
