Rumors ran wild on Tuesday, as LSU quarterback Brandon Harris caused quite the stir.
The oft maligned Harris was benched on Saturday for Purdue transfer Danny Etling, a move that appeared to be successful. Now, it looks like Harris is sending some mixed signals, as a tweet he sent to former LSU wide receiver Tyron Johnson caused some controversy.
The tweet, which simply says "u smart", has been interpreted as a response to Johnson transferring out of LSU and to Oklahoma State. Harris didn't really help is odds by how that tweet would be interpreted with two moves: he turned his account private, and users noticed his recent follows included Urban Meyer, Tom Herman, and Gary Patterson.
