SEC Week 12 power rankings: What happened to LSU?
at Bryant-Denny Stadium on November 7, 2015 in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.

We are back with the Week 12 version of the SEC power rankings, and uh… what on earth happened to the LSU Tigers?

Just a few weeks ago, LSU was on top of the world, a potential No. 1 team with a Heisman candidate in tow. Now? They suffered a brutal loss to Alabama, and then a worse loss at home to a rising Arkansas team. Now LSU is completely out of the Playoff picture, and Fournette might be out of the Heisman picture, too. Just not a good couple of weeks for the Tigers.

Outside of that, we see Georgia move up in the rankings this week after an impressive victory over Auburn. Georgia has been in a bit of a holding pattern after they lost Nick Chubb for the year, but it looks like they are rallying and they will end up with another 10-win season.

Yes, Arkansas is at No. 3. They have won four in a row, and besides Alabama, there has not been a more impressive team in the SEC over the past month.
