Dude, give it a rest. ESPN's Danny Kanell is notorious for hating on, and trolling the Alabama Crimson Tide. He was continuing this tradition on Wednesday, during ESPN Radio's "Russillo and Kanell" — Kanell was unhappy with the No. 15 Alabama hemet that was on the set. Alabama claims to have won its 16th National Title when it beat Clemson earlier this month, but not everyone believes this to be true.
The NCAA only recognizes 14 National Titles, whereas the Associated Press claims they have just 11. Kanell felt compelled to not recognize Alabama as having 16, so during the "Russillo and Kanell" show Wednesday, he switched the No. 15 helmet to No. 11 one.
We'll probably see a lot more of this during the offseason, folks. Joy.
