Reporter backs Fox analyst, thinks Nick Saban could retire soon

Back in April, this Fox Sports analyst made a wild prediction that included Alabama winning a National Championship, followed by Nick Saban retiring.

While that seemed out of the blue at the time, another reporter is backing that thought process as well.

There’s no concrete evidence supporting this theory other than Saban’s history of not being happy with a variety of different changes in the college football structure.

Those changes include the lack of attention bowl games get nownot believing the College Football Playoff system and bowl system can coexist and the coach’s issue with satellite camps.

It doesn’t sound like Saban is ready to hang the clipboard up quite yet, just he simply doesn’t enjoy change and isn’t enjoying this transition.

It’s noteworthy that keyed in people are speculating Saban’s impending retirement, but until signs actually point toward that, there doesn’t appear to be anything to worry about on that front.
