Former Florida coordinator reportedly 'expected' to join rival staff

Florida will see him again this year.

Former Florida offensive coordinator Doug Nussmeier may not have been well-received by Gator fans in his three seasons with the team, but it seems one other SEC team is willing to give him a shot at getting back.

Nussmeier was the offensive coordinator at Florida while the Gators had the 108th ranked scoring offense this year, 107th ranked in 2016 and 100th ranked scoring offense in 2015, his first year on the job. Those numbers don't exactly scream offensive genius, but it looks like the Tigers are willing to take a chance on him.
