The Georgia Bulldogs are primed to be a dominant SEC power for the next few years, as head coach Kirby Smart's new contract ties him to the university until 2024. Currently the second-ranked team in the country, according to the latest AP Poll, the undefeated Bulldogs have talent on both sides of the football to win the SEC East and get another nod into the College Football Playoff this season.
Heading into 2019, Georgia held the top-ranked recruiting class, according to 247Sports, for most of the summer and the early part of fall. A huge part of that class was five-star wide receiver Jadon Haselwood, but in a fall-flip, the Cedar Grove High School senior has decommitted from the Dawgs and will reopen his recruitment.
Haselwood is a homegrown product from Ellenwood, Georgia, but it appears he's decided to reconsider his decision to stay home after initially committing back during the spring of 2017.
The 6-foot-2, 196-pound senior wideout made the announcement Tuesday night via Twitter.

Rated as the top player in the state of Georgia by both 247Sports and Rivals, and a consensus top-three player in the country among the Class of 2019, Haselwood's flip comes after he seemingly was all-in on what was being built in Athens, Georgia.
This interview with WSB-TV shows Haselwood praising the coaching staff and development opportunities he'd be getting as a member of the Bulldogs.
So, what's next for the five-star target?
Earlier this summer, Haselwood cited Auburn, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Florida State, and Miami as the other school's trying to recruit him the hardest prior to National Signing Day, which will take place February 6, 2019.
With an official visit scheduled with the Miami Hurricanes this weekend, it's still up in the air what Haselwood will do next, with every school in the country clamoring to get their hands on a player who's been compared to former Georgia Bulldogs wide receiver A.J. Green.
Losing Haselwood drops Georgia from the top spot in the 2019 recruiting class down to No. 3, but they still retain four five-star recruits for next season, including wide receiver Dominick Blaylock and defensive end Nolan Smith, who is considered by many as the top player in the nation.
Time will tell where Haselwood will ultimately land, but don't count the Dawgs out of this race, especially with several SEC rivals doing all they can to land the prized 5-star prospect.
