The Battle at Bristol is shaping up to be a primetime event with the likes of Kenny Chesney as the headliner for a concert the day before and the jumbotron that will give fans a fantastic view of the game from the nosebleeds.

Now it's getting the television treatment it deserves with a primetime TV spot on ABC according to WNML reporter Jimmy Hyams.

It is only the second time Tennessee will have appeared in a primetime slot on ABC since 2007. The game against Oklahoma in 2014 was the first time. VolQuest.com's John Brice indicated that a formal announcement about the time and television station could come as soon as Thursday.
