The Chick-fil-A kickoff event each year has featured some prominent matchups like 2008’s Clemson-Alabama game, 2011’s Boise State-Georgia tilt, and this past year’s Alabama-West Virginia game. Now the Tennessee Volunteers will get a chance to show their stuff in a big-time college football kickoff event, but they’ll have to wait a couple years as they aren’t expected to play in it until 2017.
