11-time Pro Bowler Larry Fitzgerald makes decision on his football future

It is decided.

There's been a lot of rumors and reports about what future Hall of Fame receiver Larry Fitzgerald would do this year. It appears he has officially made the decision himself as he will be coming back for another season at age 34.

Fitzgerald has been climbing up the ladder of records the past couple seasons and holds many Cardinals franchise records as well. He is tied for third all-time in seasons with 100 or more receptions, has the most receptions in a postseason (30), third all-time in career receptions (1,207) as well as career receiving yards (15,267).

Of course, Fitzgerald will have a new quarterback throwing to him this year as Carson Palmer decided to retire this season. The Cardinals have Matt Barkley, Drew Stanton and Blaine Gabbert on their roster so it could be one of those guys or it could potentially be someone the Cardinals draft this year. Regardless of who ends up throwing to him, Fitzgerald is likely to keep climbing in the record books and will undoubtedly be enshrined in Canton when the time comes.
