NHL legend Teemu Selanne caddies at the Masters, is cooler than all of us

Former NHL star Teemu Selanne is living exactly the life he promised he would upon his retirement. Selanne, 44, once stated in the documentary Sel8nne:

“I’m still wondering what I’ll do when I grow up,”

Wouldn’t it be great to never grow up? Seeing Selanne dressed in Augusta-white coveralls and polishing Finnish pro Mikko Ilonen’s clubs at the Masters is both crazy and awesome.

Wednesday Selanne caddied for Finnish golf pro Mikko Ilonen during the Master’s Par-3 contest.  Ilonen and Selanne are good friends and friends and family caddies aren’t unusual at the Par-3 Masters’ pre-tournament.

Talk about living the good life.  All these pictures of Selanne on a golf course brought back to mind this little gem of a video in which Selanne used golf to announce he was returning for his final season.
