It's on a diamond full of 5-year-olds that you will find an unassisted "quadruple play," bat flips that hilariously land on the hitter's head (hey, they haven't learned about gravity in science class yet) and slow-motion runs that are straight out of a comedy sketch.
In one California Little League game, fans were gifted with a dance routine to a walk-up song that absolutely didn't disappoint.

I'll be honest here. I had no idea the little tikes these days get their own walk-up songs until like, last year. We've seen them in the past (like the mom who pranked her son with the "Golden Girls" theme song), and they're always hilarious because little kids just want to have fun. They don't really care about the baseball part. And that's what it's all about.
This little dude's moves are in a ballpark of his own (excuse that, ahem, *big* Pun). He walks out to a song that is probably four times as old as he is in Big Pun's "Still Not a Player" featuring Joe. You can literally watch the music take hold of his body. We're gifted with a few hip thrust/twerks and even a wobbly knees situation.
THEN our little slugger goes straight into batter mode and crushes the pitch off the tee. He's taking those "I just crush a lot" lyrics a bit too literally. Babe Ruth could never.
Naturally, the video blew up on social media. The kiddo's mom posted to her TikTok account, which is actually seriously named beerfarts209, and it's gotten more than 4.5 million views so far. It's got millions more views on Twitter as well. Isn't the internet a beautiful thing?
"It fills my heart with so much joy that our son has made so many people happy. He loves so much and I'm glad he can spread his joy just being him," his mom wrote in the comments.
However, not everyone was ecstatic to see this kid dancing. Some complained that kids don't need walk-up songs and should be focused on batting practice. Lol, OK. Others thought this was bush league and the kid should just get in the box and hit the ball.
What. Ever.
If you see a child having as much fun as this one is — anywhere, not just a baseball field — leave him the heck alone and let him be a kid. Maybe baseball isn't even his future. Maybe it's dance. Hey, as Big Pun says, "I don't wanna be a player no more."
