Four-star prospect Tanner Bailey looks ready for college football.
The pro-style quarterback is a member of the 2022 recruiting class and is one of the best prospects from the state of Alabama.
The race to sign Bailey was originally thought to be between Iron Bowl rivals: the Alabama Crimson Tide and the Auburn Tigers.
As it turns out, Bailey won't be remaining in The Yellowhammer State at all. In March 2021, he committed to head coach Mario Cristobal and the Oregon Ducks.

Four-star quarterback Tanner Bailey plays for Gordo High School in Gordo, Ala., and has generated tons of buzz from Division I programs.
Bailey fielded scholarship offers from Duke, Florida State, Georgia, Georgia Tech, Louisville, LSU, Miami, Michigan, Mississippi State, South Alabama, South Carolina, Southern Miss, Tennessee, Troy, UAB, USF, Vanderbilt, and West Virginia.
In the end, however, Bailey chose Oregon football and will be competing for Pac-12 championships in the future.

Tanner Bailey has been the starter for the Green Wave for the last three seasons, and he has done everything he can to boost his stock.
In his freshman year, Bailey threw for 16 touchdowns and followed that up with 2,400 yards and 23 TDs as a sophomore. His junior year was halted due to a collarbone injury, but he finished the campaign with 32 touchdowns and led Gordo to a playoff appearance.
By his own admission, he believes he needs to work on his deep ball if he is going to remain successful. 247Sports believes that he is a four-star recruit, so it is great to see him want to challenge himself and continually get better.
Tanner Bailey is taking high school football by storm, and he may have his future set up for him already. The signal-caller could always de-commit from Oregon, but he is attached to the Ducks, and will likely start his college football career in Eugene.
