Joe Gibbs Racing has lost one of its major sponsors from 2023.
On Joe Gibbs Racing's website, it has partners listed for the 2024 season. One sponsor from 2023 that's missing is GSK's SHINGRIX. SHINGRIX was featured as the primary sponsor for four races in 2023 for Joe Gibbs Racing — three races for Denny Hamlin's No. 11 (Phoenix 1, Atlanta 1, Richmond 1) and one race for Christopher Bell's No. 20 (Martinsville 1).

SHINGRIX is the FDA-approved vaccine that is used to prevent shingles. GSK is one of the world's leading pharmaceutical and healthcare companies that specializes in vaccines and specialty medicines.
With the loss of SHINGRIX, Joe Gibbs Racing's ability to find sponsorship doesn't seem to be hindered at all, according to Denny Hamlin on his latest appearance on "The Dale Jr Download."
"The 11 car in particular; we're doing as well sponsorship wise that we've been in a very very long time," Hamlin said. "A lot of them are partners that came in for a small little bit, loved the experience, loved who I was, vocally with my podcast, the Bristol stuff, they loved it. And they were like 'We're in for me.'"
One of those sponsors that Hamlin was referring to was Mavis Tires & Brakes. It signed onto the No. 11 car for five races in 2023. One of those races just happened to be Hamlin's 50th career win in the NASCAR Cup Series at Pocono Raceway. The success has led Mavis to return for the 2024 season at Joe Gibbs Racing.
With the loss of Mars, Inc., after the 2022 season and the reduction of sponsorship money from FedEx, it has been vital for Joe Gibbs Racing to bring in new partners. Joe Gibbs Racing has been successful at doing that so far by bringing in new sponsors the past few years such as: Monster Energy, He Gets Us, Mavis Tires & Brakes, Craftsman, Yahoo! and Coca-Cola.
Although Joe Gibbs Racing is losing SHINGRIX as a primary sponsor, it is not lacking sponsorship for the 2024 season.
