Kevin Love’s shoulder injury appears worse than originally anticipated

Kevin Love’s shoulder was dislocated Sunday afternoon thanks to this dirty play by Boston’s Kelly Olynyk.

While the Cleveland Cavalier’s initial diagnosis was Love would miss the entire second round of the playoffs, the team’s general manager had even worse news Tuesday:

After the game, Love had no problem calling out Olynyk for the play, which the NBA responded by suspending the Celtics big man for the season-opener next season. It’s potentially devastating news for a Cavaliers team that will now rely on Tristan Thompson or Kendrick Perkins in a starting role.
