One brother will have to serve jail time, and another will learn his fate in a few weeks.

Amador Rebollero (aka Jose Ramos) has been sentenced to five years in prison stemming from bathroom fight at a San Francisco 49ers game last October.

Rebollero pleaded no contest last month to two counts of assault by means of force likely to cause great bodily injury, according to the SFGate.com.

Rebollero and another suspect, his brother Dario, beat two men after one of them bumped into Amador Rebollero, per the report. The victim reportedly suffered bleeding of the brain and underwent surgery to remove part of his skull to relieve swelling.

Dario will learn his fate shortly. He is scheduled to stand trial August 31 on a single count of assault,
