Here’s why 2015 is do or die for Ravens’ Steve Smith

Former Carolina Panthers, now Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Steve Smith is one of the best trash talkers in NFL history, and you could argue he’s done more with less than nearly any other player.

At the conclusion of his 15th season, Smith will retire, he announced Monday, per ESPN:

“I feel like it’s time, Smith said. “All the chips are on the table. Let’s see what the dealer gives me.”

Smith has 915 receptions over his career, and registered 79 catches and over 1,000 yards last year.
