The Buffalo Bills currently have four quarterbacks on the roster, and former Ohio State QB and national champion Cardale Jones could be the first QB cut this offseason.
Tyrod Taylor will presumably be the starter again, and T.J. Yates has taken most of the second team reps in practice according to Yahoo Sports. Jones, whom the Bills drafted in the fourth round of the 2016 NFL Draft, is even behind rookie Nathan Peterman on the depth chart.
ESPN's Mike Rodak said the QB position was a concern for the Bills in practice, and he reported that Jones threw an interception to end the practice.
"You kind of sit around all day, try to go in there. You wait on your opportunity all day," Jones said. "Your number is called, and you kind of didn't take advantage of it."

Rodak said he'd be surprised if Jones moved ahead of Yates or Peterman on the depth chart, so it appears as if he will be looking for a job soon.
That's a steep fall for Jones, who , in 2014, led the Ohio State Buckeyes to the college football national championship when he took over the team following injuries to starter Braxton Miller and his backup, J.T. Barrett.
Jones has appeared in one game for the Bills. He completed 6-of-11 passes for 96 yards and an interception.
