Dallas receiver cries out in pain, leaves Sunday’s game with knee injury

Dallas Cowboys running back Lance Dunbar suffered a significant left knee injury returning the opening kickoff in the second half of Sunday nights game against the Saints.

The Cowboys (2-2) are concerned that Dunbar may have a torn ACL or MCL in his left knee, ESPN reporter Todd Archer tweeted.

Dunbar had a 45-yard run on the second play of Sunday’s 26-20 loss against the Saints (1-3). Coming into Sundays game the 25-year-old led the Cowboys in receiving with 21 receptions for 215 yards.
