The Atlanta Falcons and New Orleans Saints have one of the fiercest rivalries within the confines of the NFC South division. So when the two squads faced off for the first time this season, most fans expected fireworks.
Wild Fight at Falcons, Saints Game Caught on Video
But in the matchup on September 29, the action on the field influenced the fans in the stands as a wild fight in the upper deck of Mercedez-Benz stadium was caught on video.
In the video, there appear to be two separate fights. In the first fight on the left side of the screen, a man in a white shirt appears to be passed out and bloodied, with another man in a blue shirt appearing to choke him.
The camera then pans to another man wearing a white Falcons jersey who is beating a man in a red shirt who is also passed out on the ground. There is a woman in the video trying to restrain him but he charges back to the passed-out man and proceeds to repeatedly stomp on his head while he is still passed out on the concrete floor. Both men eventually fleed from the scene while the men remained motionless on the ground.

Fans on Twitter Bash Violent Fans
Fans on Twitter noted how the men who were passed out on the ground could have been seriously injured. Some even called for the assailants to be arrested and charged.
"Fights at football games are fucking disgusting. I can't believe people fight going to watch football it's sad," one fan said on X, formerly known as Twitter.
"Well he's going to jail, it's sad how people don't value anyone else's life these days," another fan added.
"Mfs just be going to games and acting dumb like enjoy the game or go home you're ruining it for everyone else," another fan said.
The good news for Falcons fans is that they beat the Saints to improve to 2-2 on Sunday. However, they have a big test coming up on Thursday Night with a red-hot Tampa Bay Buccaneers squad.
