NFL first-round pick Gareon Conley learns his fate following rape allegations

The grand jury has spoken.

Gareon Conley, the former Ohio State cornerback who faced a rape allegation, won't be charged in the case.

Conley, selected in the first round (No. 24) by the Oakland Raiders, had vehemently denied the allegations and cooperated with authorities. He gave a DNA sample and a voluntary statement to police.

TMZ reported that they had obtained the police report in which the accuser claimed Conley forced himself on her, against her will.
