According to TMZ, former NFL player Ray McDonald was charged with domestic violence and felony false imprisonment. After the following video emerged, a grand jury declined to indict and the charges were dropped.
The video shows about three minutes of a standoff before the 6'4", nearly 300-pound former defensive end went at the woman.
The video reportedly comes from McDonald standing across from a woman in a room at 4 a.m. McDonald's driver is heard trying to calm the former NFL player before he apparently took off after the woman, who was holding a 2-month-old child at the time.
The woman's attorney is pushing for changes within the NFL to start a Domestic Violence Victim's Fund, per the report.
He spent eight seasons with the San Francisco 49ers.
