Jon Gruden is reportedly finalizing his deal to become the next head coach of the Oakland Raiders and may have already decided on several members of his coaching staff.

According to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport, Gruden has three key hires in place — Los Angeles Raiders QB coach Greg Olson as offensive coordinator, Cincinnati Bengals defensive coordinator Paul Guenther for the same position and Dallas Cowboys special teams coach Rich Bisaccia for the same position.

Olson had previously worked as the Raiders' offensive coordinator from 2013-14, as well as the Jacksonville Jaguars from 2015-16.
Guenther has spent the past 13 seasons with the Bengals, having worked as an assistant coach from 2005-13, before taking on the role of defensive coordinator in 2014.
Bisaccia has worked as the Cowboys' special teams coach since 2013, having previously held the same position with then-San Diego Chargers from 2011-12, as well as Tampa Bay Buccaneers from 2002-10, during which he worked under Gruden for seven seasons.
Gruden reportedly agreed to a 10-year, $100 million contact, which is the longest coaching deal in NFL history earlier this week, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter.

Gruden, 54, hasn't coached in the NFL since the 2008 season and has served as the color commentator for Monday Night Football since 2009. He has a career record of 95-81, and helped lead the 2002 Tampa Bay Buccaneers to a Super Bowl win.
Gruden was also the head coach of the Raiders from 1998-2001 before jumping to Tampa Bay.
