Chip Kelly speaks highly of this quarterback, and we’re still shaking our heads

Joe Flacco managed the Baltimore Ravens to a 2012 Super Bowl victory over the San Francisco 49ers and has had a strong seven-year NFL career.

During his tenure in the league, the question has always remained whether Flacco is an elite member, standing with the likes of Tom Brady, Peyton Manning, Aaron Rodgers and now Andrew Luck. Speaking Thursday, Eagles head coach Chip Kelly weighed in:

Eleven players threw for more yards and more touchdowns than Flacco in 2014. He’s a fine quarterback and a solid fit for the Ravens, but in no way is he elite.
