Report: Denver Broncos offered Von Miller insane amount of money that he doesn't want

He turned down how much money?!?!?!

Von Miller was bound to make some serious dough this offseason after winning the MVP award for Super Bowl 50. He recorded 2.5 sacks, six tackles and 2 forced fumbles in the Super Bowl to give the Denver Broncos a 24-10 win.

Miller had 35 tackles last season to go with 11 sacks and also became the third-fastest player to 50 career sacks behind Reggie White (40) and Derrick Thomas (54). That should be enough to net him a mega contract and that's exactly what the Broncos were trying to do by offering a six-year, $114.5 million deal.

Despite that offer there is no agreement in sight and the sides are no longer negotiating at this time, sources close to the team told ESPN's Adam Schefter. The Broncos' offer includes $39.8 guaranteed in the first two years, the sources said. The guaranteed portion of the offer is really $38.5 million, but there's an additional $1.3 million in workout bonuses those first two years that would bring it to the aforementioned $39.8 million figure.

The Broncos and Miller have until July 15 to get a deal done or the linebacker will play under the franchise tag designation, which would net him a little more than $14 million this season. As an "exclusive rights" franchise player, he can negotiate only with the Broncos and can receive offers from no other teams.
