It looks like the return of Arian Foster will happen sooner rather than later.
According to NFL Media, Foster will not be placed on the IR/designated to return list as first expected and could be back in only a month after a torn groin injury. The Houston Texans’ running back was originally expected to be out through November, but a successful surgery may bring him back by late September.
It’s an optimistic expectation, but Texans coach Bill O’Brien and fans can’t help but feel ecstatic.
Foster has a history of such injuries, so the Texans will probably decide to play it safe with their vital offensive player.
