The Jets started the game in true Jets fashion…Geno Smith throws pick-six

Geno Smith is an awful quarterback, so it would only make complete sense if he threw a touchdown pass the first play of the game, right? Well, yeah, it does make sense because Smith threw a touchdown pass to the Minnesota Vikings.

Gerald Hodges picked off Smith and returned it 27 yards for a touchdown. It took all of six seconds for the Vikings to get on the board.

That’s your 2014 New York Jets for you.
