For years, Tim Tebow was one of the nation's most eligible bachelors. He was a star quarterback once upon a time, a great motivational speaker, a solid television analyst and is currently a blossoming baseball prospect. All of that remains to be true, but now he is officially off the market.
The former Heisman Trophy winner and quarterback for the Florida Gators proposed to former Miss Universe Demi-Leigh Nel-Peters at his family's farm near Jacksonville on Wednesday, according to People Magazine and, of course, she said yes.
"Thank you for saying YES and making me the happiest man in the world," he wrote on Instagram with a series of photos from Kelly Braman Photography. "You're the love of my life and I can't wait to spend the rest of my life with you."

So that's it? The former NFL quarterback for the Denver Broncos and New York Jets just went for a stroll and got down on one knee? Absolutely not.
After placing a nice 7.25-carat solitaire ring on his now-fiancee's finger, People.com said Tebow had South African singer Matthew Mole step from behind a hale bay to serenade the happy couple with one of their favorite songs, "The Wedding Song."
The 31-year-old Tebow, who recently played minor league baseball with the New York Mets organization and doubles as a football analyst for ESPN, also flew Nel-Peters's family and closest friends from South Africa to Florida to celebrate.
"Any dreams I've ever had, you've exceed them all!" Wrote Miss Universe 2017 Demi-Leigh Nel-Peters, a 23-year-old model from Sedgefield, South Africa. "I love you and can't wait to spend forever with you!"
The speech. The kneel. The surprise. It was classic Tim Tebow all the way.
