Travis Kelce Turns Lombardi Trophy Into DIY Beer Bong

Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce likes to party. He reminded us after the AFC Championship Game and once again after the NFL franchise's first Super Bowl win in 50 years. It was only a matter of time before he did something wild, and his latest viral video did not disappoint.

As the the Chiefs flew home from Miami, Florida following a sweet comeback victory over the San Francisco 49ers in Super Bowl LIV, the famous Lombardi Trophy was on board the plane. But since there is no way to drink out of it like the NHL's Stanley Cup, the All-Pro tight end decided to improvise.

Kelce turned the Vince Lombardi Trophy it into a DIY beer bong and had beer slide off of it. Give him some major props for the creativity.

Travis Kelce's Lombardi Luge

Even before he became a Super Bowl champion, the Chiefs' Travis Kelce has proven to be one of the best pass-catching tight ends in league history. He recorded four-straight 1,000 yard seasons and played a huge role during the playoffs.

In the 2019 postseason alone, Kelce caught 19 passes for 207 yards with four touchdowns, including a big fourth quarter score in The Big Game.

That absolutely called for a great Super Bowl celebration.

"Growing up playing hockey, I always wanted to chug out of the Stanley Cup after being crowned a Champion... No cup on the Lombardi, so I decided to take a ride down the Lombardi Luge!! #LombardiLuge"

While head coach Andy Reid, MVP quarterback Patrick Mahomes, and running back Damien Williams continue to bask in the spotlight, don't you dare forget about Travis Kelce. He was big part of the Chiefs' Super Bowl run.

Only time will tell if the Lombardi Luge is a new tradition, but it's safe to assume Kelce will be having a few extra Bud Lights this offseason to celebrate a job well done.
