Last year, WWE went under great controversy due to the superstars being mandated to compete on Christmas for the first time ever. Typically, the show would be taped the weekend before to be aired on the following Monday. New Year's Day was also mandated for Raw Superstars to compete as well. While many credited WWE for the unfavorable decision, a disappointed Beth Hardy, the wife of Jeff Hardy, revealed that it was the decision of the USA Network to air WWE Raw live on Christmas Day.
This year, however, the decision for WWE to go live on Christmas Eve does not look to be happening. According to the WWE schedule, Raw will be postponed until Friday, December 28. This allows the superstars to spend the holiday with their families and get some much-needed rest. The postponed Raw episode is scheduled to air at the Little Caesars Arena in Detroit, MI.

In addition, WWE SmackDown Live will not be airing on Christmas, but instead will be postponed to Saturday, December 29 at the PPG Paints Arena in Pittsburgh, PA.
Until then, Monday Night Raw is scheduled for the Valley View Casino Center in San Diego, California on December 10, and the Golden 1 Center in Sacramento, California on December 17. TLC is scheduled a day before the Raw in Sacramento, and will be held at the SAP Center in San Jose, California.
On Raw, the biggest feuds currently are WWE superstars Seth Rollins against Dean Ambrose, Ronda Rousey feuding against Nia Jax, and Baron Corbin, Drew McIntyre, and Bobby Lashley feuding against Braun Strowman, Finn Balor, and Elias.
At TLC, McIntyre is scheduled to compete against Balor, and Lashley against Elias. Corbin is supposed to compete against Braun Strowman to determine whether Strowman gets a Universal Championship match at the Royal Rumble or Corbin permanently becomes General Manager of Raw, but Strowman was gang-attacked on a previous episode of Raw, which forced him to have surgery on his elbow.
