Bama commit now highest rated player at his position, gets fifth star in rankings

The recruiting rankings keep making Alabama look smarter and smarter.

Tua Tagovailoa was ranked a four-star quarterback through much of his recruitment and was the No. 2 dual-threat quarterback in the class. That was until 247Sports re-ranked its class and Tagovailoa got a huge upgrade.

The 6'1", 212-pound quarterback is now the top dual-threat QB and got a fifth star on the way. Alabama's class also has four-star quarterback Mac Jones in it so the two should have fun battling it out for the starting position next season. The Hawaii native was also named the MVP of Nike's "The Opening Finals" so you know he has some legit talent.
