According to TMZ, Young will soon finalize a contract to join the Canadian Football League's Saskatchewan Roughriders and is en route to Canada to sign the contract to join the team.

From TMZ:

"Young announced his intentions to return to the game back in February and even signed with agent Leigh Steinberg in the hopes of getting with a team.

Now, sources familiar with the situation tell us Young and the CFL team are rounding 3rd in terms of getting a deal done and all that's left is for Vince to pick up a pen and sign on the dotted line."

Young's last appearance in the NFL was in 2011 with the Philadelphia Eagles. Young, 33, led Texas to a 2005 national championship win over USC in the Rose Bowl before being selected No. 3 overall by the Tennessee Titans.
