The No. 2 rated kicker in the country, per 247sports, has decided to stay close to home after decommitting from Alabama less than 24 hours ago:

Ruiz was placekicker of the year and a first-team high school All-American. He had offers from Alabama, Arizona, Arizona State, Tennessee and others, per 247sports.
