Don't slide into first base. Don't. Do. It. Ever.

Ouch. Let's hope Browning's spine is OK after that. Maybe she took a wrong turn when heading to the game. The yoga studio was the next exit.

Carson-Newman, a Division II team, won the first game of the doubleheader, 10-2, and lost the second game 8-2.

The scores, however, weren't nearly as interesting as that slide.
