Son of former NBA champion commits to one of the biggest surprise teams of the season

He certainly has the pedigree to play there.

Four-star point guard Jaelen House might be a name some people recognize as he's the son of former NBA Champion Eddie House. He's also following in his dad's footsteps by committing to his alma mater.

The 6-foot-2, 160-pound guard out of Arizona is ranked as the No. 3 recruit in the state and the No. 12 point guard in the class of 2019 according to 247Sports' own rankings. His father won his championship with the Boston Celtics in 2008 and prominently played for the Miami Heat as well during his 11 years in the NBA.
