Whether this turns out to be a joke or not, it does say a lot about how he feels about his recruitment.

Five-star offensive tackle Jackson Carman (6-foot-6, 290 pounds, Fairfield, Oh.) is the No. 1 rated player at his position in the 2018 class, and Clemson and Ohio State have been among his leaders so far in his recruitment. However, Carman may have given Ohio State fans something to be excited about this week, as he said on Twitter that he would commit to the Buckeyes if a tweet was able to get 100,000 retweets.
